When you search for an exchange rate online, you’re usually shown the middle rate. This rate is only available to the largest financial institutions. We aim to provide customers with rates that are close to the middle rate as possible.
When you’re sending money, we will make it simple, quick, and safe. Our dealers will provide you with our best rate on up to 18 currencies that we trade. All you have to do is provide us with the necessary bank details of the recipient. Once the payment has been settled, we will take care of the rest.
A spot trade, or spot transaction, refers to a one-off purchase of a foreign currency of your choice using the live exchange rate.
As exchange rates are highly volatile and may vary throughout the day. Your exact exchange rate will be set the moment your transfer is confirmed with our payments team.

Forward accounts allow you to fix a current exchange rate on a currency of your choice for up to 12 months.
The information you will need to pay money abroad will depend on the country to which you will be sending funds. However, the most common bank details needed are a combination of:

- SWIFT Code
